Application:
Introduce sensitization resin as flexible printing plate, suitable for printing such packing materials as polyethylene, polypropylene bag, cellophane and roll paper etc. It is a kind of ideal printing equipment for producing paper packing bag for food, supermarket handbag, vest bag and clothes bag, etc.Performance and Features：
1. Easy operation, flexible starting, accurate color register.2. The meter counter can set printing quantity according to the requirements. Stop the machine automatically at the quantity or when the material is cut off.
3. Pneumatic printing cylinder lift and lower, it will stir the printing ink automatically after lifting.
4. The printing ink is spread by the anilox cylinder with even ink color.
5. Reliable drying system coordinated with high-speed rotation, it will automatically break circuit when the machine stops.
6.360°continuous and adjustable longitudinal register device.
7. The frequency control of motor speed adapts to different printing speeds.
8. There are Jogging/Stopping buttons on the plate roller base and material rolling rack so as to make it easy operate the machine when the plate is installed.

The
machine adopts Japanese design principles, employs the principles of grinding
rapidly, agitating continuously, milling and fractioning to be heated with
multi-knives and cooling and contracting. It produces granules from waste
materials and angle materials such as the plastic films, filament, ribbons,
pieces, soft plastic pipes, foaming materials, and degrading materials, and
puts then into reproduction .It is the latest ideal granulating equipment to
recycle plastics and reproduce.
Main Functions:
1.
Recycle the waste materials and leftover bits and pieces of various flexible
plastic films, bags, filament, ribbons, pieces, and pipes such as polyvinyl
chloride, polyethylene of higher density, and linear polyethylene of lower
density, and put them into reproduction.
2.
Recycle and reproduce the grinding and granulating of degrading plastic films
and angle materials.
3.
Grind chemical fiber waste materials, and process the waste filament that has
been put into reproductions.
4.
The machine is applied in many respects. It can be substitute for blending
machine or dryer.

Uses and Features
Two-layer co-extrusion film
blowing composite machine unit with rotary machine head is used to blow plastic
composite films such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density
polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). The composite
films can be widely applied to packaging for liquid, printing base materials,
exported products and industrial products.
Features：
1. Two-layer co-extrusion
composition films can prolong the preservation period of liquid packages.
2. The cylinder and screw
rods of extruder are all made from high-quality alloy steel through precision
machining and nitriding, so as to ensure optimal hardness and durability. 3.
The auxiliary extruder is provided with a platform worktable to be operated
more conveniently, and is equipped with a bubble fixing ring.
4. The winding device
adopts double winding and double cutting, is equipped with torque motor as the
